FaithLink strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Violations result in permanent bans and law enforcement referral.
FaithLink has a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We categorically prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that involves:
• Sexual abuse or exploitation of minors (anyone under 18 years of age). • Creation, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage minors in sexual activity. • Any content that sexualizes or depicts minors in a sexual manner. • Any attempt to use the platform to facilitate contact with minors for inappropriate purposes.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination, referral to law enforcement, and cooperation with relevant authorities and organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement agencies.
FaithLink is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We employ the following measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform:
• Mandatory age verification: Users must provide a date of birth during registration. Accounts registering as under 18 are automatically rejected. • Profile review: Our moderation team conducts periodic audits of profiles for age misrepresentation. • Report-driven investigation: Users can report suspected minors, which triggers an immediate review. • AI-assisted detection: We use automated tools to flag potential age-related policy violations for human review.
If you encounter any content or behavior that may violate this policy, please report it immediately:
In-app reporting: Every profile, message, and piece of content includes a "Report" button. Select "Child Safety" as the reason, and our team will investigate within 24 hours.
Email: safety@faithlink.app
We take every report seriously. All CSAE-related reports are: • Escalated to our Trust & Safety team immediately. • Preserved for law enforcement if required. • Acted upon within 24 hours of receipt.
Upon detection or reporting of CSAE-related content:
• The content is removed immediately. • The associated account is permanently banned. • Relevant data is preserved and provided to law enforcement upon valid legal request. • We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
FaithLink cooperates fully with law enforcement and child protection organizations worldwide. We:
• Report CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC and local law enforcement. • Comply with all valid legal requests for information related to CSAE investigations. • Participate in industry initiatives to combat online child exploitation.
If you or someone you know has been affected by child sexual abuse or exploitation, the following organizations provide confidential support and reporting channels:
• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): https://www.missingkids.org — CyberTipline for reporting online exploitation. • Internet Watch Foundation (IWF): https://www.iwf.org.uk — Report illegal online content. • Child Helpline International: https://www.childhelplineinternational.org — Global directory of child helplines. • Local law enforcement: Contact your local police if you believe a child is in immediate danger.
